WHA’s 2024 Highlights and Future Outlook

As we reflect on 2024, WHA is filled with pride and gratitude for all that our team has accomplished. The year was characterized by significant successes, challenges, and growth. We extend our deepest gratitude to our talented staff and valued partners for their hard work and dedication, and to our clients for entrusting us with their projects. From relocating our Orange County corporate office to delivering insights at industry-leading conferences and designing transformative projects, we are paving the way for a dynamic and impactful year ahead.

Strengthening Industry Connections

In 2024, we enhanced our industry presence by presenting at key events such as Zonda’s Build-to-Rent Conference, NAHB’s International Builder Show, Zonda Arch Trends Webinar, and PCBC. Additionally, our involvement in influential councils and summits, including  ULI, BIASC Greater Sales and Marketing Council, and the New Home Trends Institute Summit, fostered collaboration and kept us ahead of industry trends. These opportunities allowed us to expand our network and continue driving innovation in the architecture and design space.

Community Engagement

The year was marked by several standout philanthropic initiatives, including the HomeAid OC Diaper Drive, Project Playhouse, and the HomeAid LAV Williams Homes Family Promise grand opening. These efforts reflect our unwavering commitment to giving back and the strong sense of community that drives us.

Project Excellence

From residential developments to innovative designs in progress, our recently completed and on-the-boards projects continue to shape the landscape of our industry. We saw our projects recognized as finalists in prestigious industry award programs including the BIA Bay Area and SoCal MAME Awards, the Gold Nuggets and the Nationals, further reinforcing the excellence we strive for in every aspect of our work.

Entering a New Era at WHA

Looking ahead to 2025, we are more excited than ever to continue our journey of growth and transformation. With new office locations in San Ramon and Sacramento, it promises to be a year of adventure as we embrace bold, forward-thinking ideas and push the boundaries of WHAt’s possible in architecture, planning, and design. Our focus will be on empowering young leaders, setting trends, and continuing to design and build for the present and future. We know that every detail counts, and we are ready to meet the challenges head-on with enthusiasm and creativity.
