We are delighted to share that two WHA projects have emerged as winners at the Building Industry Association (BIA) Bay Area 46th MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) Awards. Held on May 19 at the Blackhawk Museum in Danville, this prestigious event recognizes projects with exceptional design, highlighting the remarkable talent and innovation within our industry. Skye at River Islands by Kiper Homes  |  Best Architectural Series (Collection of Plans)

A collection of spacious and luxurious one- and two-story homes situated in the lakeside community of River Islands in Lathrop, CA. Fresh yet functional floor plans were explored to address post-pandemic needs while also differentiating the homes from what was currently on the market. Progressive spins were taken in the design process to maximize the personalized options available to buyers such as multi-gen suites, a plethora of bonus spaces, additional bedrooms, and semi-private docks.

A contemporary neighborhood of three-story single-family homes in the WHA-designed masterplan community of Boulevard in Dublin, CA. Open floor plans seamlessly connect the main living area with the first-floor patio or balcony on the second level, dependent on the plan, for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. The prime location offers residents BART access within walking distance, as well as a variety of local amenities within the community and at the nearby Iron Horse Trail and Persimmons Place.
