An abundance of activities is available including live music at Cadence Park or FivePoint Amphitheater – Great Park Neighborhoods helps make every experience, well, great! This Orange County treasure connects between its residents and nature with homes designed around and between parks, trails, gardens, native landscapes, and wildlife passages – the community is encouraged to literally take a hike and explore Southern California’s natural habitat outside their front door.
Seven distinct neighborhoods with a refreshing mix of homes, parks, and gathering spaces – Solis Park, Rise Park, Novel Park, Cadence Park, Parasol Park, Beacon Park, and Pavilion Park each possess their own individuality – from landscaping to amenities. To fit YOUR identity, varied home types are spread throughout Great Park Neighborhoods: single-family, paired townhomes and multi-generational.
WHA has been privileged to be involved with Great Park Neighborhoods from its early stages – not only as an integral part of the master planning, but contributing to the District 5 Builder Design Guidelines, collaborating with our clients to create the community vision, and establish the design criteria. Team meetings, dedicated to the sifting and refining of styles, were fundamental to the vision of producing architecture that is fresh, progressive, and contextual to the location and consumer preferences. Careful execution of forms, proportions, details, colors and materials of each style was critical to reinforce diversity and visual interest. The WHA Color Studio played an instrumental role, curating the master guidelines for colors and materials for both Solis and Rise – thoughtfully selecting three compatible palettes to enhance the architecture and community.
WHA’s latest involvement includes the newest neighborhood, Solis Park. Approximately four acres with a front row seat to Great Park Neighborhoods amenities, Solis Park includes 13 home collections by California’s most inspired builders (10 designed by WHA) Tri Pointe’s collections, Aer and Wynd, excite with modern exterior styles enhanced by refined color and material palettes, spacious floor plans and emphasis on outdoor living. Lennar Homes’ Amber, Arborwood, Camellia, Cascade, Dawn, Mulberry, Skylark and Summerstone line the streets abundant in attractive elevation profiles and palettes. Latin for Sun, this vast portion of Great Park Neighborhoods promotes just that with pools, playgrounds, a covered outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness/training areas and a community garden.
These sustainable and desirable Great Park Neighborhoods truly emphasize the power of community – fostering connections between neighbors, with the land, and the adjoining parks. Building a community that offers a quality of life focusing on what matters most: friends, family, and shared happiness and success – Great Park Neighborhoods invites individuals to experience this firsthand and discover their own great home.
