Eastvale Square: A Vision for Eastvale’s Future

Imagine a place where city life meets community charm, a vibrant downtown hub designed for the people of Eastvale to live, work, and connect. That’s the vision behind Eastvale Square, a master-planned community that’s redefining what it means to call this city home. For years, Eastvale has longed for a central gathering place, now, that vision is becoming reality. This transformative project introduces 2,500 homes, a state-of-the-art civic center, new police and fire Departments, and a variety of retail, dining, and public spaces, including a public library.

WHA, in partnership with New Home Co., played a pivotal role in shaping Eastvale Square. Through a collaborative approach  and forward thinking design, this development prioritizes architectural integrity, ensuring a timeless urban core that will serve the city for generations. The result is a collection of thoughtfully designed high-density residential neighborhoods—Pearl, Beacon, and Hayes—offering diverse living options to accommodate various lifestyles.

Architectural Design

The design of Eastvale Square pays tribute to Southern California’s architectural heritage while creating a visually engaging and cohesive streetscape. The Mediterranean exteriors feature warm-toned terracotta S-tile roofs, limestone facades, and bronze metal accents for a sophisticated yet inviting look. The Vineyard style integrates earthy colors with ledgestone accents, multi-hued shake tile roofing, and dark wood stain-like details for a rich, layered aesthetic. The Farmhouse style employs crisp white trim, bold front doors and board-and-batten siding colors with brick detailing for a fresh and timeless appeal.

A Look Inside the Neighborhoods

Featuring 100 triplex townhomes, Beacon blends privacy with neighborly charm. Ranging from 1,846 to 2,323 square feet, these homes offer three to four bedrooms, spacious covered decks, and first-floor bedrooms perfect for a home office or guest suite.

Designed for urban convenience, the three-story townhomes at Hayes offer up to 1,597 square feet of open living space. With private decks and seamless indoor-outdoor connections, these plans are all about flexibility and modern living.

76 beautifully designed duplex homes for Pearl deliver the space and comfort of a single-family residence with a smart, efficient footprint. These three-story homes feature open-concept living, private yards, and expansive second-floor decks for entertaining or relaxing.

Life at Eastvale Square

What really sets Eastvale Square apart is its focus on community living. From scenic bike paths and walking trails to pocket parks and community clubhouses, every detail is designed to bring people together. With the new civic center and public services nearby, residents will enjoy a level of convenience and connectivity that’s rare in suburban communities.

Eastvale Square is more than a residential development, it represents the future of Eastvale.
