Connected Community Collaboration
Collaborating with the team at Rancho Mission Viejo (RMV), WHA has designed multiple communities within The Ranch over the years aimed to attract a variety of home buyers seeking a balanced, community-centric lifestyle rooted in nature. The newest village offered, the Village of Rienda, is in the heart of The Ranch near the historic Cow Camp and The Nature Reserve. WHA’s architects, planners, and designers all played vital roles within this site. Our work in the Village of Rienda spans from the Master Color Palette designed by the WHA Color Studio to The Ranch Camp community amenity to the neighborhoods of Serenity, Harvest, and Paisley. Our creative partnership continues with the latest phase of the site expansion – Botanica and Pearl!
Botanica by Tri Pointe Homes
Delivering spacious single family detached homes for growing families, the 61 residences of Botanica are replete with indoor-outdoor living capabilities, backyard space for endless outdoor fun and entertainment, and thoughtful storage spaces tucked into every nook in each plan.
Three plans between 1,982 and 2,313 square feet feature Progressive Spanish, Farmhouse, and Contemporary architectural styles. The lively elevations of Botanica offer a cohesive neighborhood aesthetic made possible through high contrast materials, color blocking, and playful accent colors.
Pearl by Lennar Homes
Designed exclusively for active adult buyers aged 55+, the Gavilán community, Pearl provides single level living with five open concept designs. Pearl’s Farmhouse, Progressive Spanish, and Prairie elevations maintain the essence of the Ranch’s rich history while complementing the surrounding open spaces and ranchlands.
Customizable bonus spaces can take the form of an office, hobby space, or fitness room, and Plans 2 and 3 can be expanded to offer this space on a second floor. Sliding glass doors extend the main living area to the covered patio, ideal for entertaining friends and family visitors. A versatile retreat off the primary bedroom of Plan 2 provides a restful area to read or meditate. Outside their homes, Gavilán residents also have access to The Perch, an exclusive clubhouse for fitness opportunities and neighborhood festivities.
RMV offers to all generations a way of living that extends outside their homes. From scenic trails to clubhouses to community farms, The Ranch provides opportunities for residents in neighboring communities to gather, make connections, and enjoy all that the land has to offer.
