Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine, CA, set on the former El Toro Marine Base, is 1,300 acres that embrace recreation, competitive sports, parkland, and the environment. WHA’s Color Studio had the pleasure of collaborating with FivePoint on developing the overall master palette for Solis Park, which influenced the individual palettes for Aer and Wynd. Modern Farmhouse, Contemporary, and Mid-Century Modern architectural styles characterize these residences detailed with brick, trim, and lively color schemes.
