Life at The Farm
Just inland from Orange County’s south coast lies the small historic town of San Juan Capistrano. With its “Jewel of the Missions” founded in 1776 and its world-famous swallows, the town is still evolving as a community after almost 250 years. Alongside the historic sites, San Juan Capistrano is home to a beautiful nature preserve, unique boutiques, exquisite restaurants, and most recently, The Farm by Lennar.
A new masterplan community, The Farm features two WHA designed single family home products: Andalusia and Caspian. Both collections feature three floorplans with architectural styles of Farmhouse, San Juan Farmhouse, and Contemporary Farmhouse as an ode to its location. The residences boast modern color and materials schemes with brighter stucco, brick and stone accents providing a modern aesthetic to this neighborhood of farmhouse homes.
Andalusia showcases one- and two-story floorplans ranging in size between 2,155 and 3,533 square feet. The 73 single family homes feature open-concept floorplans equipped with California Rooms that provide residents with an indoor-outdoor living experience. To appeal to a variety of home buyers, Plan 2 includes a private attached suite and a bonus room – ideal for multigenerational households.
The 96 two-story single family homes of Caspian offer 2,475 – 2,682 square foot open-concept floorplans complete with four bedrooms and bathrooms, and a California Room. With a bedroom located downstairs, this room is ideal for overnight guests or a home office. In addition, all bedrooms for Plan 2 are en-suite, and Plan 3 features an upstairs loft for a secondary shared living space for all members of the family to utilize.
In addition to the natural beauty and local attractions offered throughout San Juan Capistrano, residents at The Farm can enjoy future planned amenities including a community swimming pool and park for barbeques and picnics.
