Our in-house Design Studios are strategically integrated within all of the services we offer, delivering a customized experience for our clients. A studio with particular value for sales and marketing is the Rendering Studio, which produces realistic virtual reality, 3D animations, and renderings. 

These enhanced visualizations provide our clients the opportunity to sell homes before models are complete, instilling a sense of immersion into the project while getting a true feeling for the space. Each rendering is fully customized to reflect the client’s vision. Collaborating with Interior Designers enhances the accurate depictions of the homes, styling them to appeal to various buyer profiles.

A successful Virtual Reality project WHA’s Rendering Studio recently completed is Balboa at River Island by Kiper Homes in Lathrop, CA. Balboa is comprised of three-floor plans and three elevations with homes sitting on a beautiful waterfront.  Offering 3 to 5 bedrooms in single and two-story designs with up to 2,989 square feet, each floorplan can be customized with different options to fit the buyer’s needs. Enhancing Kiper’s marketing materials, these VR plans helped the first phase sell out quickly.

With WHA’s virtual reality tours, the viewer can explore each floor plan from their computer, tablet, or smartphone. By clicking on placed hotspots on the screen, the viewer can travel through each room of the home and view the space as if they were there in person. In some cases, the viewer can choose between different room options or views, which allows optional features to be seen. For example, Plan 2 offers a flex space that can be virtually viewed in different ways based on the buyer’s preference. The dining room could be staged as a den or office and can be switched by a simple click during the tour.
