Hillsdale at College Park, by Standard Pacific Homes is a new development in the city of Chino. Three floor plans are organized in a cluster concept at a net density of 11.7 units/acre and range from 1,747 to 2,099 square feet. Thoughtfully designed, these unique residences provide owners with a surprisingly spacious lifestyle environment.
