Built by Meta Housing and designed by Jeff Chelwick of WHA, Arroyo at Baker Ranch located in Lake Forest, CA is comprised of 189 affordable apartment homes on 6.3 acres. This community offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans, features a large community center, swimming pool, outside play area, business center, kids classroom, and on-site laundry facilities.
Spanish Colonial and Monterey elevations styles were utilized while decorative wrought ironwork, gable details and tile roofing give the structures a classic and sophisticated feel.
This project opened during the first quarter of 2015. Rental prices range between $847 for a 1 bedroom and $1,368 for a 3 bedroom.
