Donna Aldrich, Karen Moyer, Ron and Martha Nestor all attended the opening of Ambassador Gardens this past Saturday.

After several years, Ambassador Gardens in Pasadena is now open! Considered one of City Ventures’ best projects, these luxury townhomes and flats are located on the historic site of Ambassador College.  This 19-acre property opened on Saturday, October 19th and offers 100-year old homes and 120-year old trees. These homes are priced in the low $1 millions and offer details and craft not seen regularly in new homes.  WHA architects, Ron Nestor and Brad Mansfield along with City Ventures did an excellent job preserving the historic significance of this area and its been well received by the community.
