The Fountains at Solana Walk – WHA Project Tour

The Fountains at Solana Walk by the Olson Company is one of WHA’s newest modeled communities. Located in Fountain Valley, this development consists of townhome units along with single family detached homes. A few weeks ago, WHA staff visited and toured the attached product. WHA designers, Alan Menzies and Gary Cunningham utilized Spanish Eclectic Architectural stylings with 1″ recesssed windows. While predominately three story product, by creating a two story profile at the edge, the community was able to perfectly blend into the existing neighborhoods.
