USGBC Awards Canby Woods LEED® for Homes – Gold Certification

Canby Woods, a 98 unit, senior-affordable housing community was recently awarded LEED for Homes Gold certification by USGBC for achievement in green homebuilding and design. LEED for Homes is a sustainable certification program that recognizes projects that are designed and built to be energy and resource efficient, as well as healthy and durable for the residents. The project was designed by Rick Aiken and his Urban Studio team, with Cheron Weimholt, LEED AP,  managing the LEED process.
