Thumbs up for Danville Hotel Project

WHA is excited to announce that on Tuesday night the Town of Danville Planning and Heritage Resource commissions unanimously approved Danville’s first residential / retail Mixed- Use project in downtown Danville, CA. The much anticipated urban renewal of the Danville Hotel site will include up to 15,215 sq. ft of retail space and two restaurants, sixteen (16) residential ” Loft Style” Condos, plus the restoration of two historical buildings, the Danville Hotel and the McCauley House.
