Grand Opening of San Jacinto Villas

On Wednesday, WHA had the opportunity to attend the grand opening of San Jacinto Villas by The Olson Company, our new Silver LEED affordable seniors project. The excitement and energy was evident at the ribbon cutting ceremony where the City officials of Rancho Mirage, members of The Olson Company and our design and planning team celebrated and mingled with the new residents. San Jacinto Villas is a city-owned and operated, income and age (55+) selective rental community that consists of 82 attached units. The units range from 795-1,095 square feet and each come with a private 1-car enclosed garage, private patio and indoor laundry closet. The amenities include a salt-water pool and spa, bark park with agility equipment, putting green, passive seating areas, internal walking trails that connect to public pedestrian paths, and artful landscape including sculptures and signage to aid in way finding.
