WHA is to be featured in the upcoming January edition of Professional Builder in the article, “ Design Trends in multi-generational housing.” The article focuses on the comeback of multiple generations living in the same house and the new design trends that architects and builders from around the country are using to address it. Our sold-out project Celadon by Standard Pacific is an example of incorporating these new ideas of shared ownership, extended families and other household configurations into a successful project. In addition, Bill Hezmalhalch talks about our new prototype that features high-density single-and-multi-family units with rental lockouts, which gives the homeowner the options to generate extra income.
