Concept Design Prototype: Multi-Generational

Take a sneak peak at WHA’s latest Single-Family prototype from our Concept Design Studio. Due to the rapidly changing demographics and high unemployment rates in the United States, the demand is escalating for innovative multi-generational housing concepts. Financial concerns are one of the reason families are beginning to move in together. More buyers are pooling their finances together and considering bringing their parents/children in to help with the costs.  College graduates unable to find a job are often moving back in with their parents until they are able to find steady work. Health concerns are also bringing a lot of families into multi-generational housing situations as older family members are beginning to move in with their families to cut down on medical and living expenses.

This prototype is ideal for supplemental income, rental and multi-generational needs. The site can be plotted/organized for conventional and alley plotting. Possible features include housing for 3 generations, lockout rental opportunity and private yards.
